Working as Plastic Surgeon, Private Practitioner, for the past 20 years, in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Member of about 15 National & International professional Associations in Plastic Surgery & Related Specialties. Have several publications in indexed, peer-reviewed journals. Faculty for several regional, national, & International scientific events in Plastic Surgery. Presented about 100 guest lectures in various plastic surgery fora. Won 5 National & International awards in Plastic Surgery. Designed Venkata Ratnam Needle Holder, the smallest needle holder in the world, & Venkata Ratnam Pocket Instruments Set. Past Vice-President, Emirates Plastic Surgery Society of the UAE. Main practice involves Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Other areas of interest include Wound healing, Burns, Hand, Diabetic foot, Lymphoedema, Pressure ulcers, Scars, Tissue expansion.
