Dr. Avtar Singh Bath

Dr. (Maj. Gen.) A S Bath is at present Sr. Consultant and Director Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery at BLK Superspeciality Hospital, New Delhi. Prior to joining BLK Superspeciality Hospital, he was Professor and Head of Department Plastic Surgery at Army Hospital (R&R), Delhi Cantt. He has over 35 years of extensive experience in field of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery. Dr. Bath has many awards and accolades to his credit, some of these include awards by President of India (Sena Medal-2004, Vishisht Seva Medal-2007 for selfless service), Doctor of the Year award 2012. He had been President of Association of Plastic Surgeons of India-Delhi Chapter during 2002-04 and APSI Visiting Professor Plastic Surgery (2007). He has over 30 publications in national and international journals and has been teacher and examiner for DNB and M. Ch. Plastic Surgery at many prestigious universities.
His special interests are in fields of Aesthetic Surgery, Craniofacial Surgery and Brachial Plexus Injuries.
